(MIT) An independent, coeducational university located in Cambridge, MA, USA. Its best-known computer-related labs are the Artificial Intelligence Lab, the Lab for Computer Science and the Media Lab. Resident computer hackers include Richard Stallman, Gerald Sussman and Tom Knight.
