Wilf Hey

The person who originally developed Report Program Generator and coined the phrase GIGO (garbage in: garbage out). He now (2004) works as a writer for PC Plus magazine in the UK and does Wilf's programmers workshop amongst other things. He has been in computing for over 40 years.
